      Avantages

      Roland Berger offre une excellente exposition au conseil en stratégie, avec des missions variées, à fort enjeu, et une courbe d’apprentissage très rapide. Forte esprit d'exigence.

      Inconvénients

      Le métier reste par nature stressant, avec des rythmes soutenus et des attentes élevées. Les missions sont souvent courtes, ce qui implique une forte intensité et peu de temps mort entre les projets.

      Avantages

      Collaborative and ambitious work. It is a good choice as the first job.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure's job and better to have good control of pressure.

      Good culture Great mix of work (lots of strategy / interesting projects) Good opportunity

      Inconvénients

      Promotion cycle can be slower than some peer companies (RB does not have a strong up or out model, which helps some people and hurts others)
