      Alot of areas to pivot into; Worked in operations, as a people leader, as an IC - moved from project to project and worked with some incredibly talented people.

      Inconvénients

      Job security. Impacted by the recent layoffs - along with my boss and director. Amazon has become cut throat, and I would not count on any form of stability.

      Inconvénients

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
