      Avantages

      Proyectos bien chulos pero poca proyección de ascenso fuera de "cuando te toca". Se valoran los años de experiencia por encima de tu performance.

      Inconvénients

      Está creciendo demasiado rápido para seguir teniendo buen rollito, no se concede jornada reducida aunque lo vendan como uno de los beneficios y últimamente están recortando los afterworks

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
