The interview process is actually pretty outdated. For designers, they make you create a website from scratch (instead of how with most firms, they just check your portfolio), and then judge you based on their archaic design standards. In the design world, doing spec work is a big no-no, and a practice that's looked down upon. The fact that AT&T requires their designers to do spec work to even land an interview is not only laughable, but despicable. Drug tests are required after the 1:1 interview.I
