Applied online, then contacted by an AT&T Recruiter. Scheduled an interview with Hiring Managers. I interviewed with the Director of the Retail Sales Leadership Program and Manager. Interview was basic list of questions to maintain consistency - relaxed and enjoyable talking with Hiring Managers.

The interview process was easy from an internal perspective. You went over your journey and numbers from your previous position. You’ll be asked to questions about what you can bring from your previous experience and position as well.

30 minute standard interview. The interviewer asked general questions about motivation. What would you do if you don't get the position. They wanted to hear about how you'd try to reassess and apply again because you really want the position. Overall good experience
