I applied through Workday, submitted all my information via my resume, I guess the hiring team followed up with a spreadsheet for me to fill out with the exact same questions. I was kind of speechless given that Accenture presents itself on being on the forefront of innovation yet their hiring team wouldn't bother reading my resume.

The recruitment & over all interviewer process was very quick and also the interviewer was well prepared and asked the relevant questions. I have cleared the rounds but it was Work from office for 3 days and timings and required job location was far from the place where i reside hence did not go to further HR process
