submitted my resume online and was contacted the next day by a recruiter. set up a phone interview for the following week. the phone interview was about 25 minutes long, basic questions on background information. then i was sent an aptitude test, which consisted of 40 questions on logic/arithmetic/pseudo-code/etc that had to be done in an hour. after passing the skills test, i was invited to the in-person interviews (1 hour presentation and two interviews about 40 minutes each).
