few contacts by the phone and "skype" interview later. Interview seemed a bit unprofessional, and with technical issues regarding program that accenture uses/provides for online interviews. Also lack for the followup. For such a company my expectations were higher.

It took more than 3 months. I applied online through company's portal , i got first call in 3rd of November and it was first interview with HR, than I got 2nd call for 2nd interview in December. My interview was with Team leader + HR Manager. It was friendly and they were supportive even it was my first interview on English , they made me feel calm. After 15 days they rejected me with an Email.
