I got the hook up through a friend. Basically had the job before I was interviewed. Spoke to the lead in person onsite for first interview. They showed me what I'd be doing. The onsite manager asked me a question or two and then said if they want you we are hiring you.
i got pre-interview online after 3 days applying this internship, and the let u do a programming test (mostly about basic algorythms and back-end), logical test (multiple choices), then record ur asnwer with random question.
Three interviews in the span of three weeks. Firstly phone screen with HR, secondly an hour long interview with panel members and finally a presentation. Overall a very smooth process.

3 steps, meeting the hiring manager then 2 other managers
Mainly discussions, no test. It was smooth and pleasant. The hiring manager shared the vision of the job very clearly.
