Phone interview they went over my resume and asked about what I did with previous companies then had me do a Processor test. If I passed that I would be invited to the next steps. I passed in the face to face interview she asked mostly situation questions and customer service based questions how would I work with disgruntled customer. Then I was asked to explain how I organize my day.
