2 phone interviews. One with Hiring manager and second with HR. After that they offer me an invitation to an assessment day, but eventually never confirmed and stop answering my emails. Complete lack of response. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the recruiters.

First stage was the Online test and once you pass that there is a task based interview, it took around a month and a half to hear back then the business strength then final interview

For strength based - 2 quick case studies, non technical, to see logic and train of thought and then 12 competency questions
Primo step solo colloquio telefonico, domande generiche sul percorso e a quale area di interesse per Accenture, generalmente semplice e rapido, in attesa di fissare il primo colloquio HR, che sarà più tecnico

There was only one case. I did not receive any behavioral questions -- not even tell me about yourself or why consulting or why Accenture. The process felt a little robotic.
