After completing my application form online I was emailed by the company and logged on to a secure area where I could choose a date and time for a phone interview. That interview was with a member of the HR team who assessed competencies and skills, I was also given a case study that I had a few minutes to prepare and answer questions on. I found out immediately that I had got through that stage and would attend an assessment day in London a few weeks later. There were about 6 others at the assessment day. We were assessed on our interaction with each other, creativity, presentations and a 1:1 interview. Again there was a case study that you worked on as a group, you also had to come with a new product idea then had two minutes to present somebody elses product to the recruitment team. The final 1:1 interview assesses your own self-perception, i.e. how well you think you did over the day.
