had an initial phone interview which was straightforward, then was invited to an in person interview where i was interviewed by a manager and senior manager one at a time. after that, i got an offer letter within 2 weeks or so and started working right after with one training week.

4 interviews with different levels of management 40 min each. Every manager tested a particular area of knowledge. Excel skill, finance experience, soft skills..etc. It is a fast paced company so before going to the interview make sure you like changing environments and learning new things. That is an area they will ask you about constantly. (Change management, flexibility)
