1st round mainly resume background
2nd round is behavior asking whether you have encountered a particular situation (e.g. solve a difficult issue, working with a team, etc). Just describe the situation and how you resolve it in a systematic way and should be fine.
3rd round just a quick chat with MD and some questions on past experience on resume
