The first round from school is really if the person likes you or not. The guy took one look at me, scuffed, and then motioned for me to come in. I was dressed in a suit (as were all the other candidates), shaved (as were all the other candidates), and had my hair combed to the side (as did all the other candidates). I'm not sure why he didn't like me off the bat, but look out.
