The hiring process was quick and efficient. The interview process consisted of three rounds. I was told by an insider who works there that if you make it to the 3rd round you are pretty much IN. 1st Round: Consisted of a1:1 interview at my University with an HR recruiter. She was polite but very professional. The way you present yourself and speak is very important with this company. They had a copy of my transcript and asked me questions about my resume. She asked me about my specific knowledge of Accenture and why I wanted to work there. She wanted to know if I knew what the job entailed and asked about my location preferences. She let me know that they would be contacting me within the next 5 business days to let me know my results and if I would be moving to the next round 2nd Round: This is the most crucial round in my opinion. The 1st interview is to determine if you are a basic fit for the company. This one is much more specific regarding your skills and experience. The interviewer was very sweet and we hit it off. She asked me behavioral questions and I used specific examples from my resume. She would anser follow up questions as well if she wanted more info, but my answers were very thorough so I didnt get to many follow ups. She let me know at the end of the interview that it went really well and she would be recomending me for a 3rd round. This interview was over the phone and I used glassdoor.com to comprise a thorough list of possible questions, all of my questions came from this bank. 3rd round: This was an office visit to thier Charlotte location. They gave a very long presentation about Accenture, very little of which was about pay and benefits. After this they took the interviewee's into the 1:1 interviews with a senior manager. These interviews were 45 mins long and very laid back. The managers were very sweet and helpfull. They asked a few standard behavioral questions but mainly wanted to learn about you. Please use this as an opportunity to ask probing questions from people who are higher up in the company. And know your stuff about the company so u can ask relevant questions about the direction of the company I recieved a call the next business day stating that I did very well and they would be offering me the position. The asked what location I wanted and called me back with my salary info. The remaining paperwork was sent two days later.
