Tuve una entrevista telefonica , fue sencilla, un par de preguntas sobre mi, pasamos rapidamente a hablar en ingles ya que el puesto es para un cliente en el exterior. A la semana me volvieron a hablar diciendo que por reestructuración interna pausaron este proceso, pero fue buena experiencia

The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?
Good process interview went well. Moderate difficulty. Nice experience. But declined offer due to other reason.

Entretien
Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
