Worst interview experience in my career. Received a call from recruiter 2 hours before the scheduled time of my interview, confirming my availability and asked me to join on time. I joined at the given time but the interviewer did not care to join the call and I literally waited in front of the blank screen with recording on for 2 hours straight. Tried calling the recruiter back but no response. Also sent few mails to the support mail id but still no response. This is extremely unethical and unexpected from a company like Accenture that boasts of its work culture and ethics. If you are not ready to take the interview then just tell the other candidates that they are not selected. What is this drama and time wasting for the sake of formalities and stuff. I have moved on from this horrible experience but never expected this from Accenture at least.

The interviewer bypassed definition-based questions entirely, instead posing complex, real-time scenarios—such as designing user sharing models, configuring custom LWR templates, or troubleshooting license limitations—to evaluate actual project experience and implementation expertise.
