Very practical, but mild and not overwhelming. the recruiter was my actual manager and he was friendly and competent in assuring me to don't worry about my performance at all.

HR contacted me based on my profile available on Naukri, and held two rounds of interview one virtual and one in person. Same day after second round of interview received offer from company, but the compensation agreed initially was changed, they intimated they dont have budget
