The interviewer was very friendly and mainly focused on HR type of questions. They asked for a govt ID proof to be shown althought none of my other friends were asked, and gave me suggestions on how to improve my resume and LinkedIn Profile.

Initial interview was automated. Applying without background knowledge to the job is a big no no meaning you wouldn't be able to lie your way through it or at least from my experience.
It was very good with some good information regarding the environment and it was more informative. Needed to be more candidate friendly.Need some more improvement in the interview process and Communication is delayed
