Technical interview: The question were easy and hr and hr responded quickly. They offer good ctc but variable was too much, that was concern. But it was my first switch so I accepted and moved ahead.

I had 2 technical and HR round, 1st technical was for 1.30 hr long with all questions related to project and technology I am currently working with and next technical was again on project with less technical level

Was great, overall friendly vibe. They made sure to let you know exactly what to expect. I had a friend inside ACN so it kinda let me know what to expect anyway.
