It was CV screening then numerical and logical reasoning test followed by a couple of interviews, all based on amazon leadership principles, they have 16 principles and they asked 4-6 questions in total, every question covered one principle

Starts with online tests and then an interview with two area managers. They each ask two questions based on the amazon leadership principles. They want you to reply using the STAR method. Each interview is 30 minutes and they also expect you to have questions ready for them to answer as well.
