The interview started with 20 minutes of behavioral questions, asking about project, tight deadline, then it followed by a coding challenge from leetcode (medium level, stack). I had difficulty with the coding part. so rejected
Very good but hard interview overall. Pay was great and so was the work life balance. Fully remote and great mentorship. Benefits were also good with 401k match and pto
Three interview rounds are incredibly stressful and draining. They force you to repeat yourself, manage endless scheduling, and perform on demand. It is completely valid to feel exhausted by this.
