Relatively smooth process with recruitment lead. I was kept up to date with regular communication and updates on progress. However, unsuccessful application after interview round with hiring manager with no feedback shared due to Amazon policy.

1 Phone Call from Recruiter, 1 1st Round Interview with Marketing Director, 3 2nd Round Interviews in a row (90mins, 30 mins each) with immediate team. Phone call was very introductory from the recruiter to describe the role's responsibilities, where it is located, how much it pays, and how it aligns with my current career goals. Didn't hear back for nearly a month before scheduling my first round interview with the Marketing Director. 1st Round Interview was conducted with the Marketing Director over Zoom. This interview went much more in-depth with the position's responsibilities and the inner workings of the XCM team. Interviewer also went in depth in asking behavioral questions that aligned with a few of the Leadership Principles that were relevant to the role. I wrote some potential answers using the STAR Method that i referenced frequently and then left room to ask questions myself. 1st Round interview took 45mins total 2nd Round Interviews were scheduled a week later with the wider XCM team. Primarily focuses on behavioral questions that align with the relevant Leadership Principles (Dive Deep, Bias for Action, Learn and Be Curious). This interview was tough since it was in rapid succession, but I felt that I did better as the interviews went on. Still waiting on the final decision on the team but will update when I hear back.
