My first manager was super chill, he never even looked at resume, we just talked. The second interview was little more difficult because all the questions were behavioral. This was more formal than the first interview. Took about 3 weeks to get the offer. Good compensation for first job post grad. They were very focused on your personality and how you problem solve verses having the right answer to a question.
