Had some basic interaction with a recruiter and then was given a digital interview. 5 questions total and you had to record your answers on a webcam. Did a few practice questions first to prepare. 3 basic interview questions and then 2 math questions. 1 minute to prepare for your answer. Math question was timed (I think 5 minutes each) so work fast. After that, I went to an interview pod. Was with a group of 4 other candidates and we rotated through 4 interviewers. Had a math question to complete as soon as you get there. One of the interviews is reviewing you answer and then completing the same math problem with a twist. The other 3 are pretty standard interviews. Use the STAR technique when answering the questions and you will be fine. Was contacted a few days later with an offer. Decent offer but I know other people were offered more money for the same position. They weren't willing to negotiate and I declined the offer. Seems like a good place to work but I have hear people typically leave after a few years because they get burnt out.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
