Video interview with some straight forward motivational questions and why Amazon. The final stage is a half day session with a tour of their distribution facilities, 4 one hour interviews and a short math/problem solving test. The interviewers were 2 senior managers, a person from HR and someone on their MBA pathways programme. All of the interviewers were very relaxed and worked through standard competency questions. They had great infomration about the company too. They asked me to talk through my CV and some specific experiences. The math problem was fairly straight forward, just take your time to break down what you are being asked. One of the interviewers will go through your answers with you. I got one bit slightly wrong but wasn't a big deal because I showed understanding. I even picked out an error in the text which impressed the interviewer! Didn't end up taking the offer due to a number of factors... Although it did seem like a great platform for a good career with Amazon.
