Entretien
Recruiter reviewed my LinkedIn account and reached out to me. Phone interview was scheduled. This interview included a Math Flow question and Behavior Based interview questions. Results: I nailed it! Next I was schedule a face-to-face interview in Redlands, California. Note: I was NOT advise the position I would ultimately be applying for was going to be there. Note: I reside in Georgia. Nonetheless I was scheduled to in Redland, California Fulfillment Center for this interview. The interview consisted of the following.
1) A 2-page essay review & Math Flow problem(s)
2) 4 - 45 minute Interviews with Ops Manager, Sr Ops Mgr & HR Manager
We were there from 7:00AM - 12:00PM
Pros:
1) Professional process
2) They foot the bill (Flight, Hotel & Rental Vehicle)
Cons:
1) Lack of transparency - recruiters should advise you of the job location upfront.
2) Interviewers are very impersonal (no connection or rapport). They ask questions from a sheet and type while you response. When they do raise a concern, its like they're attempting to trip you up.
3) Hard to understand what they are truly looking for.

1) Describe a metric I implemented. Note: The questions are all here on Glassdoor, if you study these, you'll be fine. The Math Flow question is here as well, but please be prepared to explain your answer and answer the Redirect (this is an additional question to the same math problem).
I did not get the job offer as well as another candidate that interviewed. I can say from this experience that Amazon is a very difficult company to get hired. I not only believed I had a great interview, but the other feel strongly I would get a job offer, however I did NOT. I believe Amazon will miss plenty of amazing talent because they are rich and can afford to interview a huge number of candidates for (1) position.
Recruiter reached out to me and we set up a meeting, she was friendly. Had to follow up a few times to get a timeline of how things are going, but overall was a positive experience.

Just focus on STAR format in answering and focus on ur english communication
And do your best
You need to be from tier 1 colg and from nit
Assessment, written assessment, four interviews. It was a simple but lengthy process. You will interview with four different individuals, not a panel. So be prepared for a few hours spending 30-40 minutes each. Even if you nail one two or three, if one interview doesn’t go as smooth it can cause you to not get an offer.

Three part questions, and what did you learn? Even if your example was spot on with the situation task action and result they still want you to provide an explanation of what you would do differently. Be prepared for this question after examples for every interviewer. They want details and exact data and numbers.
