It really just depends on your luck. If you get the right manager interviewing you, everything changes. I was originally interviewed for a different position but the manager recruiting felt I had more potential in a different team that aligned better with my experience. There was 2 rounds of interview. One skill test followed by a personal interview. The skill test was fairly easy, required only basic photoshop skills. the one on on was super straightforward, they were open to listening to my opinions and kept it super light. They asked me questions based on what I was saying so that kept me on my toes I had only one round and they asked me to sign the papers the very same day.
