Initial recruiter contacted me via our college alumni network. Set up an initial phone interview, then met in person with a general mgr at a hiring conference. Following that I flew to indianapolis for a large hiring event. Met with 4 people, about 30 mins each. 1 HR person and 3 manager type personnel. 1 interview was a simple case based interview, the other 3 were situation/behavioral - very straight forward. Received an offer the next week (2 or 3 business days later)
