I got a mail from Aptron for pool campus at Aptron noida. HR unit gives us a small presentation. One of the HR tell us about job and interview process. The job location will be in Gurugram at warehouse and all of the employees have to work from the floor(I don't understand). And the CTC will be about 3.2 lpa(will be based on overall experience and interview). Company will provide cab facility and for boys, he may be asked for night shift when company have a lots of load. There are no bonds and 5 days per week for 9 hours. There will be about 4-5 round. 1-Objective type questions 2-Group discussion 3-HR interview 4-Analytical process.
