Three stages: two technical phone interviews and a final in-person interview. A HR representative contacted me to schedule the first interviews based on my availabilities and put me in contact with the recruiter for my position. The phone interview was conducted by a team member with the unit advertising for the opening.

Good experience all around. Never ended up getting hired when I first interviewed. They were fair and let me know some reasons why they didn't. I was also younger and newer to interviewing for companies.

Very long process with a lot of prior preparation needed, lots of behavioral questions and scenarios, multiple days and still after all of that you get a rejection with zero feedback.
