Interviewers were engaged, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, and seemed genuinely interested in understanding my leadership experience and decision-making process.
The most challenging aspect of the process was the depth of behavioral questioning. Candidates should be prepared with specific examples related to leadership, conflict resolution, process improvement, customer focus, and delivering results.
