Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Seattle, WA) en janv. 2009
Entretien
I did several rounds of phone interviews with multiple people in the department. The interviews were very substantive in that the interviewers really probed on how I would handle specific negotiation issues. The process may be off-putting to some, though I found it very interesting and informative. My advice to future candidates is to be prepared to reveal/discuss your thought process; the situations presented did not have right answers but certainly had wrong answers. I also did a substantive skills test and then was asked about my thinking regarding my responses to the test.
At the end, I cut off the interview process because I decided I wasn't ready to leave my current position.

Question 1
The business team asks you how much caffeine they should put in their new energy drink. How do you respond.
I was asked about risk-taking in accordance with their leadership principles. This was a key element of the interview. All the questions followed the typical STAR format. As a lawyer, I found this question surprising because risk-taking is not a typical feature of the job.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon
Entretien
Very odd interview. Questions focused on very basic skills despite being a senior role. There was no attempt at personal interaction. Made me question the actual role interactions would be like.
