J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon
Entretien
3 phone interviews. The first one was technical. I had very little background, but the questions were based mainly on statistical concepts like standard deviation, correlation etc. The guy asked some stupid questions and I pushed back. Obviously I had him cornered with my response. Anyway, I got feedback that I did not have good people skills. The 2nd interview was a disater. The person on the other end was asking me questions about computers and servers, really? Server latency etc....no clue. I told her that i am applying for a supply chain position and not a programmer position. She was clearly unaware of it. That brought up the 3rd interview, which I think very well. I answered all the questions and was expecting an on-site interview. However, I am still not sure what they were looking for. I got the proverbial.."we decided to go with another candidate.." response. Not very happy with the process. They seemed disorganized and did not know what they were looking for.
