Went to an Amazon career information session at my university. Applied through my university career center and Amazon's website. Was called in for interviews on campus. Prior to the interviews I had to send them an example of my writing style, and sign a letter of confidentiality. Interviews consisted of 2 separate 30 min interviews. The last interviewer congratulated me on going back and getting my MBA at my age. (didn't like the sound of that)

After several phone screens, I was asked to complete a series of questions and to write a document answering one of two questions provided. From there, I was invited to the "loop". During the loop which is onsite, I was interviewed by 7 people each assigned 2 principles to review and assess.
