Entretien
After an Online Application, I had a telephone interview which was nice and relaxed. General information about the job, asking what I thought the role entailed etc. Then basic competency questions and an idea of what my roles and responsibilities would be. I have been to the assessment centre previously which is a group case study, 1-1 interviews and everything you would expect of an assessment centre. But this time I did not progress.

1. CV & Cover Letter
2. 30 minute phone interview based around Leadership Principles (this was a very comfortable and positive interview, there was also time for questions at the end which I found particularly useful considering Amazon's lack of grad scheme information online)
3. Assessment Centre (15 interviewees): Group exercise, 2x 30 minute interviews (based solely around the leadership principles), 1 individual case study presentation (1 hour)
