1st step is online application where you do basic behavioral answering and basic math.
2nd step is in person interview with 2 current managers of Amazon.
You get the results within a week of interviewing.
Do not try to lie your way out of the interview, it shows immediately be as truthful as possible.
They test for multiple things they will pressure you to get an honest answer out of you so dont always go for the "Ideal" or correct answer, answer how you feel you would have acted. They know what the job entails so they will ask you realistic, uncomfortable questions.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
