it was automatic hire once applied, then there was an orientation where we learned about our positions and the job and took a drug test. We also where given a time limit to wait for our background check and if approved you would be hired.
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
