The hiring process was at first intimidating but they give you the tools to be successful in the interview which helps a great deal.
I applied online in mid January, a week later a recruiter invited me to an onsite interview. First there was a tour of the facility for about an hour. Next, I had 3 one on one interviews that were about 45 minutes each. They use the STAR method and I suggest practicing answers before hand. After the interview was over I received an offer 3 business days later.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
