8 rounds of 1 hour STAR interview process was followed and finally rejected. There was no reason to conduct 8 rounds to make an assessment. A good interviewer will be able to find out in max 3 rounds. Waste of time.
Something has gone seriously wrong with HR there...
The interview was fine (easy questions but rather difficult to gel / connect with the interviewer as we came from very different backgrounds)
My experience with HR however, was not. To say that it was weird / strange / bizarre would be an understatement; and it left me with a rather poor impression of the company.

Using the STAR method the interview process went well. I got down to the last 3. I learned a lot from this process, which will benefit me for future interviews.

Entretien
Countless rounds of interview, you will be so tired by the end of it after using their format. Not difficult but tedious, didn't accept the offer in the end as the HR lady was rude as hell and went MIA.
Disgusting attitude but the overall interviewers were nice and pleasant.
