Several interviews (2 phone interviews + 4 hour videoconference interview with 4 different people: Human Resources, Team Manager, bar raiser, Team colleague) + numerical reasoning test + practical exercices

I waited more than two full months after my application for this role before I had any communication from Amazon. It was an immediate rejection, with no interview, no possibility of appeal and no feedback available. EXTREMELY annoying and disheartening. You'd think that, for a relatively senior role, you'd be offered some kind of communication at least, as well as some feedback as to where you fell short in their eyes.
