The process was fairly simple. First there was a behavioral online assessment followed by two rounds of interview via Amazon Chime. The interview tested your personality, behavior and stress-handling capabilities.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
