Remote interview, two 30-minute Chime interviews with an Area manager and Operations manager. Before the interview they send you tips on how to use the STAR method and the leadership principles. Overall it was good, professional and quick.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
