It was a simple process. After applying online received an email to provide availability for the telephone interview. Phone interview was mainly situational and technical. It was an hour interview. Interviewer was asking detailed questions of your situations.

2.Mailed my resume to the recruiter.
3.Recruiting coordinator called me and discussed the schedule.
4.Had the interview with Data Center Manager from Japan. (Phone via L3 Conference)
5. waited for result of the 1st Phone interview.
6.informed me the result next day.
