2 hourlong phone screenings, a writing sample, and 6 hourlong virtual video interviews (the loop) in place of an on-site.
Never spoke to my recruiter besides via email. The phone interviews were okay. I feel like in the entire process I essentially had 500 times I had to provide specific examples of times I’ve done XYZ. I genuinely felt like I prepared for these interviews (the loop ones) but by hour 3 of 6 I was out of examples and totally drained.
I was telling my husband after- I can’t believe some of my answers because I was just so drained- I gave terrible examples when I had better ones to showcase my skills but the format was really tough.
I know more for next round! No response yet but fairly confident won’t get an offer from this round haha

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Stockton, CA)
Entretien
Really long exams before the interview. Interview was not scheduled quickly and I didn't have a lot of time to coordinate with my current job. They also didn't give a lot off information about what the job actually entailed.

Question 1
what is your availability? This seemed very important
The first step, the virtual interview process, was fairly long but easy to navigate and work through, and shortly after, I received an invite to interview in person. However, the location for which they reached out for was for the wrong state.

Manager experience, scenarios where I had to act as a manager
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
