J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Seattle, WA) en déc. 2020
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me via email requesting an interview for a different position than was applied. Since it was Amazon I was thrilled. A few days later I had an Chime interview with the hiring manager. A day later I recieved an email saying I advanced to the virtual interview which consisted of 5 hours of interviewing with others on the team as well as business partners. I was extremely prepared so the interview seemed pretty easy. Basic behavioral questions surrounding the Leadership Principals mostly based on Analytical experiences with data and process improvements. Definitely have about 3 stories prepared on a time when you deep dived into data, 3 stories on making a mistake, 3 stories on difficult business partners, and 3 stories on a time when someone didn't deliver and you had to push back
Tell me about a time when you made a mistake.
Tell me about a time you improved a process.
Tell me about a time when you had to deep dive into data.
Tell me about a time when you had to push back on a business partner.
One HR screening, Phone screening, Loop interview with 5 People, Team matching interview. The loop interview was tiring since it was 45mins per interview, and you would have to provide examples for LPs.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (New York, NY) en avr. 2026

Generally conversational and asking about your resume and experience. After the assessment link is sent to you via HR, they can invite you for a phone screen. This phone screen generally lasts an hour.
They asked a lot of behavioral questions and it seemed like SQL/Data Analysis was heavily required. Would definitely recommend prepping all the common behavioral question. Also its important to know the core principles of Amazon
