J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon en sept. 2020
Entretien
While recruiters were very informative to prepare for the interview, it seems like such a bloated process and organization. One recruiter sent information on how to prepare for my phone interview. After the phone screen, a 2nd recruiter told me the phone interview went well and that we were moving forward to the next round, and he asked several more questions in email. A 3rd recruiter emailed me to schedule the loop interview. In this email they introduced me to a 4th recruiter to schedule a prep call. A 5th recruiter emailed me to congratulate me on getting to the loop and asked for days/ times for availability and asked the same questions the 2nd recruiter asked me.
This actually made the process way more confusing because 5 people were asking, calling, emailing for the same things at different times throughout the process.
