worst ever interview! I was reached by a recruiter, who was quite nice, but the rest was a lot of dancing around nothing. I had 4 interviews in a day , with a gap of cca an 45 min to an hour in between, so had to spend quite some time for just waiting. I had 4 interviewers. Two of those were adequate (except of one of those adequate ones was not technically prepared). The third was not understanding what/how to do. They want you to follow a structure, but my interviewer was constantly interrupting me and forgetting what I had said, getting lost generally in conversation. So I had to step away from the "structure". The interviewers also apparently did not discuss the process in advance and each picked a few questions from a common list, some of which were asked several times. The last interviewer demonstrated at the start he didn't like me. I was trying to smile, make a small talk, but with zero reaction. I think he spent more time talking about his background. He also wouldn't let me finish any of my answers, would just ask the next question in between. Like "I will ask those questions just to mark it, but I don't care what you reply". Btw, the questions in fact are not showing anything - this is just a question of learning a few situations by heart. nothing about you behaving in real situations. and, in a company which "welcomes women" I didn't have a single woman interviewing me. and noone checked my "data analytical" skills in this "data driven" company. +recruiter an interviewers seem to have different imagination of who they need for this position. Luckily I spent only couple days for preparation (luckily I read reviews of other people in advance)

Entretien
Process is very clearly described in the website and that description is very accurate. First steps include interview with HR to verify your experience. Next step is round of invterviews with managers from the company. The atmosphere is easy going, nothing to stress. Prepare to talk according to the required style as described in the recruitment process. Overall very positive experience.

Question sur les principes de leadership. Il y a 2 rounds d'interview avec a chaque fois, 2 personnes qui demandent normalement 2 principes différents. Si on réussit le 1er round, on reçoit un appel/email pour nous prévenir de passer au 2eme round dans la meme journee.
