First-round was via Hirevire - record the video interview and send.
3 rounds - Area Manager, Operation Manager, Senior Op. Manager respectively. All 1-ot-1 via Chime platform. They are given specific questions to ask and they all send their individual feedback to HR. Try to answer based on the STAR method and relate answers to your past experience, jobs, and projects. I got a positive reply the very next day.
I still had one more round to prove my German language proficiency as I am not a native speaker. It was a call from USA and they ask you simple normal routine questions to check your fluency, grammatical accuracy, and pronunciation.
Every round is online due to COVID situation.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
